Agent Relationships
TriCon obtains fixed rates with no increases (GRI/PSS) for qualifying volume customers via direct carrier contracts. We stay on top of market swings by booking with our agents at overseas locations. If the direct carrier contract is not the best option for a certain shipment, we have the flexibility to utilize our agent relationships with the various steamship lines to increase our service and rate options.
