Kicking Off 2019

I want to first say thank you to our customers for allowing us to serve you, and thank you to the TriCon team for all the work you put into building our business last year. TriCon Logistics is making many positive changes in 2019. For a fresh start in the new year, our corporate headquarters and Dallas branch have moved into a brand-new facility just south of the DFW airport. 

The new space has a contemporary look and feel, with an open concept and standing desks. It is better suited for our headcount, allows for a flexible floorplan as we grow, and is designed to be a more efficient, paperless environment. We also upgraded our phone system and IT infrastructure to be able to improve our communication and service to customers.  

The move has been a labor of love. Our team has been working hard to get everything ready, from designing the layout and selecting light fixtures to putting up warehouse signs. After we put the finishing touches on the new space, we would love to have our clients, prospects, and vendors come out for a tour! 

We look forward to growing our business in 2019, which starts with the growth of our people. TriCon employees are working toward becoming certified users in different areas of our IT system, which will enable us to learn even more tricks to improve efficiencies and automation. We will also be providing training on web tools that allow us to manage projects and collaborate on files more efficiently.    

These improvements have been made with the success of our valued customers in mind first and foremost. Being efficient, flexible, and the best at what we do will help to ensure that we all have a prosperous year. Thank you again to our loyal customers for allowing us to serve you throughout our move and IT transition. We look forward to a fantastic year ahead and strengthening our partnership in 2019!
